On-line tournament registration is now available through the Our Tournaments page
These pages cover the main tournaments, including Victorian events and/or Petanque Federation Australia (PFA) sanctioned tournaments, that the Woodend Hanging Rock Petanque Club organise and run, as well an overview of the Victorian Calendar for PFA sanctioned events, plus a Results page for some of these tournaments. We will put up full results of the tournaments we conduct and any others that are provided to us.
Our club normally conducts a single PATR sanctioned triples tournament at the Hanging Rock Reserve in November, as well as a scial event at the Port of Echuca - The Murray Maul. A brief description of each follows. On the Our Tournaments screen, for each of these tournament a further set of links enable you to download the playing conditions and the entry forms (normally available about 1 month prior to the tournament date).
Ian Castle Memorial Event at Anderson's Mill
This restricted social event will be held in Sunday 7 October in 2012.
Country Challenge Cup
This is currently being re-designed for 2012.
Port of Echuca Murray Maul
This restricted social event is normally held in mid-to-late August each year.
Petanque at the Rock Triples
This is normally held late in November each year.
